BSF kills two Bangladeshis

Two Bangladeshi citizens were shot dead by the Border Security Force of India on Shingnagar border at Shibganj Upazila in Chapainawabganj on Monday morning.
   The deceased are Fatik, 30, of Shibganj’s Parchouka village in Monakasha union, and Ismail Hossain, 25, of Pialmari village.
   Lieutenant Colonel Zayed Hossain, commander of 39th Rifles Battalion in Chapainawabganj, said Indian border guards in Doulatpur Camp of the Baisnabpur 151 battalion fired shots at eight to ten cattle traders, near the Shingnagar border, as they were entering Indian territory.
   Ismail Hossain and Fatik died on spot while the others succeeded to flee from the scene. BSF has taken the bodies into Indian territory.
   Zayed Hossain said a letter, protesting the killing and demanding the bodies back, has been sent to the BSF.
